Kundalini Yoga opened its doors for me 10 years ago and ever since I have been an enthusiastic student and sharer. I have finished I and II level teacher trainings at Amrit Nam Sarovar with teacher Karta Singh in France, Naad Yoga (sound yoga) teacher training at the Raj Academy of Asian Music in London and Meditative Healing I and II levels with teacher Jiwan Mukta Singh.
My spiritual name Taranbir stands for a rescue sailboat that will lead us all into Infinity.
